• The Series 2200 offers five models of DC power supplies with to address a wide range of power requirements. These supplies have both front and rear outputs for use on a bench or in a test system. With basic voltage setting and basic voltage readback accuracy of 0.02%, the voltage you program for the load is the voltage accurately applied at the output terminals. The rear panel connections include remote sense terminals that compensate for voltage drops in the power supply leads.

• Series 2230G power supplies provide up to in a compact 2 U high, half-rack wide enclosure. The 2230G-30-6 offers up to 6 A from two channels; the 2230G-60-3 offers up to 60 V from two channels. • The 2230G power supplies can power circuits that are optically isolated or transformer-isolated from each other and have different reference points. Control the Voltage or Current Rise Time to Reduce Inrush Current and Prevent Device Damage

Series 2260B power supplies have programmable rise time (or slew rate) control to prevent potentially dangerous inrush currents from flowing into loads that have low resistance when power is initially supplied. Either voltage or current rise time can be controlled. With voltage slew rate control, voltage rise time can range from a slow, 0.1V/s to a high speed of 1600V/s for the 800V supplies. When operating under constant current control, output current rise time can be programmed from a low slew rate of 0.001A/s to a maximum value of 216A/s for the Model 2260B-30-108. Programming a current rise time puts the Series 2260B power supplies in a constant current control priority mode in which the current slew rate limits the rate at which the voltage rises across the device under test (DUT.) In addition to controlling rise time, fall time can also be programmed; fall time values can be different from rise time values. Delivery of power to a load can be precisely controlled to prevent overshoot spikes and excessive amounts of inrush current, eliminating damage to components, modules, or devices and generating more precise characteristic I-V curves for components such as LEDs.

Series 2220 and 2230 Multi-Channel Programmable DC Power Supplies are ideal for testing a wide range of devices, circuit boards, modules, and products that require multiple power sources cost-effectively. Series 2200 supplies provide two channels, each capable of Series 2230 supplies include two 30V/1.5A channels plus a 6V channel with up to 5A output for powering digital circuits. Series 2290 High Voltage Power Supplies facilitate high voltage device and material testing, as well as high energy physics experimentation. The Model 2290-5 5kV Power Supply provides voltage outputs up to 5000V, and the Model 2290-10 10kV Power Supply offers up to 10,000V. The Model 2290-5 has a 5mA current capacity, and the Model 2290-10 has a 1mA current capacity. These supplies measure both output voltage with 1V resolution and output current with 1μA resolution. In addition to the voltage and current output displays, a third display shows one of four settings: output voltage, voltage limit, current limit, or current trip. These values can be set precisely with the front panel keypad. The settings can also be programmed over the IEEE-4888 interface, or the output voltage can be set with an analog control voltage.
