The DAQ6510 is a precision data acquisition and loggingsystem that creates a new level of simplicity compared withthe often complicated configuration and control found in manystand-alone solutions. A large 5-inch (12.7 cm) multi-touchdisplay will guide users through set-up, data visualization,and analysis, removing the necessity of a PC and customsoftware for many applications. If you prefer or require a PC,a complement of IVI and Labview drivers and the KeithleyKickStart Instrument Control Software are available to helpwith any application.Using Keithleys newest 6-digit multimeter technology,you will find even greater accuracy, functionality, and speed.Two-year accuracy specifications are included, so you canbe assured your critical measurements remain accurate andfully traceable.With 12 plug-in switching and control modules availableand two module slots, you can build a test system that canmeasure or control up to 80 devices-under-test (DUTs) in amultiplexing configuration. With two 6×8 matrix modules, atotal of 96 crosspoints, the DAQ6510 can test one or multipleICs. For high volume production testing, select a solidstate multiplexer module to maximize throughput with 800channels/s scanning speed and minimize downtime comparedwith fixed life, electro-mechanical relays. A number of moduleshave cold junction compensation, temperature referencesfor thermocouple temperature monitoring of devices duringenvironmental testing, and HALT and HASS accelerated lifetesting. Even switch signals from wireless devices with RFmodules having a maximum switching frequency of 3.5 GHz.

The 7702 plug-in module offers 40 channels of 2-pole or 20 channels of 4-pole multiplexer switching that can be configured as two independent banks of multiplexers. The 7702 provides two additional protected channels for current measurements. It is ideal for RTD, thermistor, and thermocouple temperature applications.
